Search for rides by entering your departure city, destination, and travel date. Browse available rides, compare prices and driver ratings, select your preferred seat, and confirm your booking with secure online payment.

Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before departure, you receive a full refund of the trip contribution (booking fee is non-refundable). Less than 24 hours: 50% refund. No-show: no refund.

When booking a ride, you can view the vehicle layout and choose your preferred seat position. This is a unique feature of WakandaRides that lets you know exactly where you'll sit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac (debit) payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your driver never sees your payment details.

Passengers pay a booking fee of approximately 17% (including tax). Drivers don't pay any platform fee — only a 3.15% payout processing fee from the payment provider.

Refunds are processed automatically based on the cancellation policy. Full refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

All drivers are verified with ID checks. Every ride has live GPS tracking that you can share with trusted contacts. We have a community review system and a 24/7 support team for safety concerns.

In any emergency involving personal safety, call 911 immediately. Then contact WakandaRides support through the app or email support@wakandarides.com. We take all safety reports seriously.

Yes! WakandaRides has a built-in trip sharing feature. You can share a live tracking link with friends or family so they can follow your journey in real-time.

Open the app and go to Profile > Settings. You can update your name, photo, phone number, and payment information. Keep your profile complete for better trust with other users.

Yes, you can delete your account through Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Most of your data will be removed within 30 days. Trip records are kept for 7 years for legal compliance.

Any verified user with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle can post rides. Complete your driver profile with vehicle details and you can start posting trips immediately.

After each completed trip, your earnings (minus the 3.15% processing fee) are transferred directly to your linked bank account or PayPal. Payouts are processed within 2-3 business days.

Yes, drivers have full control over pricing. Our platform provides recommended pricing based on distance and route popularity, but the final price is always your decision.
